The Service Porter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position will provide assistance to customers with their vehicles, as well as clean, organize, and maintain the service department. The Service Porter will also be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring that all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with their vehicles, including loading and unloading items
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service department, including vacuuming, washing, and ensuring that the area is well-stocked
• Provide assistance to service technicians as needed
• Ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely fashion
• Monitor the service department to ensure that all customer requests are handled properly
• Ensure that all customer requests, paperwork, and reports are completed in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
